    Return and Refund Policy

    Here at SVOCOM, we want you to know how important you are to us!

    We offer a 30-day return policy for any *NEW* / unopened products. All products must be returned sealed in their original boxes and be authorized by one of our SVOCOM team members before it is sent back.

    We do not accept unauthorized returns, no exceptions. 

    If you changed your mind about your order and it has already shipped - you may simply refuse the shipment once it arrives to you - so it goes "Return To Sender" back to our warehouse. 

    For defective or damaged products, please email us details regarding the issue, specify if you will like a full refund or a replacement shipment of the same product, and affix a picture of the serial # & barcode (depending on product, the barcode is found on bottom or either side of package box). 

    We need these details in order to process your defective / damage case promptly.

    Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return, exchange, or store credit.
